My name is Timothy L. Bruce and I have been a highly successful real estate professional for 20 years. From 1986 to 1997 while affiliated with CENTURY 21, I helped approximately 1000 buyers and sellers in the Portland Oregon Metropolitan Area complete their real estate purchase or sale. From 1997 until 2001 I worked as a Consultant, Director of Recruiting, and Training, and Sales Manager for a multi-office franchise operation. From 2001 to 2004, I worked on the "Builder of Dreams" single family home projects located North of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Finally, in May of 2005, I founded Real Estate Online, Realtors® with one other Affiliated Broker, Brian Talent, as a new full service yet "virtual" real estate company. Since then, Kirk Hansen opened a branch for us and brought his team with his new construction projects and investor services department. Lilly Lee Vásquez opened Southern Oregon in picturesque Cave Junction, and very recently, Michael Messmer opened a new branch in Hillsboro. Grafton Sterling and Karen Andrews opened a branch in Clackamas in early 2007. Karen is the principal broker and Grafton is partner in ownership of the branch. In August of 2007, we registered our company name and I became a designated broker in Washington, to offer our services to the public, and to provide the advantages of our systems to the licensed realty professionals in that state.

September of 2007 brought two new brokers to our firm, Jeremy D. Bruce and Joshua D. Bruce. Jeremy lives in Hillsboro and Joshua is in Gresham. Both are my sons, and it is a distinct pleasure to have two of my 3 sons interested in working in and learning the business that has been my way of life for almost all of their lives. They are completely ready to serve your real estate needs. I take a special interest in each and every one of their transactions, as they both are affiliated out of the main office. My third son, Jonathan D. Bruce plans to join us some time after his graduation from high school and some course work in college.

We utilize the Internet and other modern tools to improve efficiency & reduce overhead for our affiliated brokers. This also provides for flexibility in the pricing and increases the level of professional real estate services we provide to the public.

Although I do list and sell some properties, my focus is on providing brokerage services to our affiliated brokers and facilitating their success by providing for systematic processing of the tremendous volume of paperwork generated by the "modern" purchase and sale process.
